Strategy Number One: Make use of your database

Your customer list is one of the MOST valuable assets in your business.

The larger the list, the greater the opportunity!

Whether your list is made up of 100, 500, or 5,000 customers… you can send out limited time offers on your services, discounts on consultation or callout fees, special bonus offers, or simply remind people you exist and that you have some availabilities

With the right copy writing, you’ll get your jobs…

Strategy Number Two: Hammer social media

Next is social media… and just like your email offer, you can also run a similar style of advertisement across your social media accounts too! 

Get it live on Facebook, place it in all your local Facebook community groups (at least 20+ groups if you're serious), put it on Instagram, LinkedIn, and don't forget about Google My Business!

Strategy Number Three: Follow up with customers

Next, I want to see you following up on existing/old quotes.

People get busy (including you) and sometimes all we need is a simple reminder to get a project going or to book in a job so pick up the phone and start dialling…

Similarly, you can ring past customers with the excuse of a warranty call! Let them know that their warranty is almost up on work that you’ve completed and see if they’d like to have you out to check on everything before it's too late…
Strategy Number Four: Leverage your network

After that you can start calling strategic alliances.

Now, if you don’t have any… you can start building them!

If you’re an electrician, get in touch with local plumbers, painters, carpenters, floor guys, landscapers, pool builders - you name it.

Your pitch can be as simple as, ‘Hey, I see you paint stuff, I wire stuff, I think we should know each other!’.

Build and leverage your LOCAL NETWORK!
