It's all well and good to have all this proof and credibility that might make you look great...

But if you're not talking to the absolute pain points of who you're trying to win work from, your marketing messaging isn't going to be very strong compared to someone else!

So, the first thing you can do to 'beef' up your marketing...

Is actually just ring 20+ past customers...

If it's builders, ring all your builders...

If it's property managers, ring all your property managers...

If it's residential customers, ring all your residential customers...

Take them through a specific process and literally ask them key questions like:

- Why did you choose us?

- What specifically were you looking for when you were dealing with a tradesman?

- What specifically did you want from our service?

- What could we have done better?

Etc.

And you'll get all these different answers like, 'Oh, well you guys actually turned up on time!' or 'You gave me honest pricing up front', or you had a quick turn around with your quote...

All these little things start popping up out of the conversation and what does that leave you?

A nice long list of marketing material!

All you now have to do is write around these core pain points and solutions of who you're trying to win work from and the best part is it's easy because...

YOU'RE NOT HAVING TO BE CREATIVE!

You're simply asking your dream customers, what they want!
